FAST Card Online Renewal Application

FAST Support Services will double check your renewal application and clarify any missing information before it is submitted for final certification to  Customs and Border Protection of both the United States & Canada. All FAST Pass applications must be approved by the relevant departments of both the United States & Canada to qualify for the issue of a FAST Card Renewal. The online renewal process makes this much simpler and saves time and delays that is usually associated with paper applications to the FAST Program.

The FAST card renewal process is the same as for first time applicants if your personal information has changed in the last 5 years. Once your Renewal Application Eligibility has been approved by Customs & Border Protection, if your personal data  i.e passport, drivers license, address and employment history has not changed since you first enrolled for the FAST program then you will not need to attend an interview as the renewal process is faster.

You must attend an interview at a FAST Interview Center in the exact same manner as the first time you applied for the FAST program if any of your personal data has changed in the last 5 years. A List of FAST Interview Centers can be found here or by clicking the FAST logo above which provides information of FAST Interview Locations closest to you.
